1. Getting Started
Create your account
Sign up with email and password or continue with Google. Confirm your email so we can secure your account and send receipts.
Two-factor login
Password sign-in is followed by an emailed one-time code. Enter the 6-digit code to finish signing in.
Tour of the app
The left sidebar on desktop and the bottom tab bar on mobile keep Dashboard, Closet, Import, Try-On, Measurements, Stylist and Support reachable at all times.
2. Body & Measurements
Upload a body-scan photo
Use a full head-to-toe photo, front-facing, arms slightly away from the body, fitted clothing, even lighting and a plain background. Your head and ankles must be visible.
AI measurements
Our pose engine estimates height, chest/bust, waist, hips, inseam and shoulders in U.S. units (feet/inches, pounds). Review and correct any value manually.
Rescan or replace your photo
Rescan Photo re-runs the estimate on your current photo. Upload New Photo replaces it entirely.
Accuracy tips
Stand straight, keep the camera at chest height roughly 6-8 feet away, and avoid baggy layers.
3. Building Your Wardrobe
Import from a store URL
Paste a product link from a fast-fashion retailer. We extract photos, material, fit type and the size chart automatically.
Upload your own garment
Add a required front photo, an optional back photo, then category, size, material and fit type. The item joins your closet like any imported piece.
Organize your closet
Filter by category, source and color, mark favorites, and delete items you no longer own. Deleting removes the item from Closet, Try-On and storage.
4. Virtual Try-On
Run a try-on
Pick a garment and generate the render. Your saved photo is used as an exact identity reference, so your face, hair, skin tone and body shape are preserved.
Read the fit panel
Every render ships with a recommended size, a fit verdict, a return-risk score and the reasoning behind it.
Session history
Each try-on is saved with its date so you can compare renders across sizes and brands.
5. Sizing & Fit Intelligence
How sizing is calculated
We compare the item's real size chart (brand-corrected when missing) against your measurements, weighting chest, waist and hips by garment category.
Material and stretch
Fabric stretch, from spandex-rich knits to rigid denim, plus the garment's intended ease, moves the recommendation up or down a size.
Fit feedback
Tell us how an item actually fit. Your feedback refines future recommendations for that brand.
6. AI Stylist & Marketplace Imports
Ask for outfits
The stylist sees your closet, measurements and profile, and suggests combinations you can actually wear today.
Shop with confidence
Before buying from a marketplace listing, import the URL and run a try-on to preview the fit and return risk.
7. Plans & Billing
Free
3 closet items, 1 virtual try-on and 1 upload.
Basic — $19.99/year
25 closet items, 36 virtual try-ons, unlimited uploads and AI outfit suggestions.
Premium — $49.99/year
Unlimited items and try-ons, AI outfit builder, AI shopping assistant and priority processing.
Change or cancel
Manage everything in Plan & billing. Upgrades are prorated; cancellations keep access until the end of the paid term.
8. Privacy & Your Data
Private by default
Photos live in private, owner-only storage and are served through short-lived signed links.
Delete anything
Removing a photo or garment deletes the underlying file too. Request full account deletion from Account & security.
9. Troubleshooting
Import failed
Some retailers block automated reads. Use Upload your own garment and enter the details manually.
Avatar looks slightly off
Re-upload a sharper, evenly lit, head-to-toe photo and rescan. Low-resolution or cropped photos reduce identity fidelity.
Missing fit verdict
A verdict needs measurements. Complete the Measurements tab first.
